Pack Out Services

There are some instances wherein we have projects that require your belongings and furnishings to be taken into account and inventory. In cases like these, we can have them packed up and safely transported to a special climate-controlled warehouse so we can better focus on cleaning, restoration, deodorization, repacking and storage until the repairs on your home or office is complete. When we at Kennedy Carpet are involved, you can be sure that we have only the best and fully-trained professionals that will treat your belongings as if they were our own.

In the pack-out process, you can help us by signing an authorization form, and aid us in identifiying the items that you need immediately, such as clothing. There may be some items that won’t be cleaned so that you can utilize them. You can also aid us by telling us which items are for restoration or repair, especially if it concerns precious family heirlooms and other sentimental items.

Our job is to coordinate with your insurance claims representative, and separate your things into items that require moving and cleaning, and those that won’t need any restoration. We’ll be sure to pack these items well and carefully transport them to a secure facility, and you will be given a comprehensive copy of the full general inventory. We only use industry-approved packing materials and boxes for safe transportation.

The storage of contents can range from tiny keepsakes to clothing and even furniture.
