Reno was amazing. He was honest, and very personable. He is a great representation of your company. The rugs came out wonderful and I would use you again, as long as Reno is the tech. He was amazing.
He called an hour and a half ahead of the scheduled time to say he was running ahead of schedule and offered to come early, which was awesome. He worked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!!
