Job Summary: Kennedy Carpet Cleaning is seeking hardworking, reliable, and customer-focused Carpet Cleaning Technicians to join our team. Technicians will be responsible for performing professional carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning services in residential and commercial settings throughout Massachusetts. No prior experience is required — we provide full training!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cleaning equipment such as truck-mounted and portable carpet cleaning machines.
  • Clean carpets, upholstery, area rugs, hardwood, LVT, VCT, tile, and grout using company procedures and products.
  • Handle job site setup, pre-inspection, and post-cleaning cleanup.
  • Educate customers about our services and offer add-on services when appropriate.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with all customers and coworkers.
  • Ensure equipment and vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and stocked daily.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all job sites.
  • Complete all required paperwork, invoices, and digital logs accurately.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in various physical environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Experience in carpet cleaning, janitorial work, or floor care is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Saturday availability (some weekend and evening work may be required)
