PLEASE NOTE KENNEDY CARPET HAS A $90 JOB MINIMUM
Tile cleaning is cleaned with truck mounted equipment and the technician will need to run hoses from the truck to the area being cleaned. Kennedy’s technicians are able to clean most tiled surfaces including floor, walls, steps and ceilings.
Linoleum* - Not all linoleum surfaces are capable of being cleaned with our equipment. Technicians will qualify the job upon arrival.
Linoleum is cleaned with truck mounted equipment, same as tile, and the technician will need to run hoses from the truck to the area being cleaned. Linoleum is cleaned only with no sealer applied.
