PLEASE NOTE - Your request is not a valid appointment until you receive confirmation from a Kennedy's Associate.
- Before filling out the request form please be sure to visit theCarpet Cleaning and/or Upholstery Cleaning pages to see our service packages. If you are looking for an appointment in the next 2 business days please call 1-888-KENNEDY. Please be aware that there is a $100 job minimum when requesting services.
- Billing Address is required only if it's different from service address.
- Phone: can be either home or cell, so long as we have a way to contact you.
- Email is required so we can confirm your appointment.
- Date & Time Requested for Service - Kennedy's will make every effort to honor all requested times of service but certain times are not always available (first appointments usually book 5 to 6 days in advance). Kennedy's operates with 2 hour arrival windows for service beginning with 9am. For example a standard time window would be 10am to 12pm or 1-3pm. The last window of the day is typically 3-5pm but evening cleanings are available (the more flexible you are the easier it will be to meet your schedule).
- Rooms to be Cleaned - Please give us a list of the rooms you would like to have cleaned as well as the service level you would like. For example - Livingroom Gold, Diningroom Silver or 3 Bedrooms Platinum. Also please include any stairs, hallways or area rugs you would like cleaned.
- Upholstery to be Cleaned - Please give us a list of the furniture you would like cleaned as well as the service level you would like. For example - Sofa Gold or 2 Chairs Silver.
- Additional Information - If you have any questions, comments, concerns, special instructions or additional contact information please enter it here. If you have anything else we need to know you can enter it here as well. Also, if you need portable equipment or have a unit located above the 2nd floor please note that here as well.
